I co-founded CrossFit NapTown/NapTown Fitness (now Myriad Health and Fitness) in 2011 and built it into a seven-figure service business. I bought multiple properties, led a team of 40+ people, and hit $1 million in revenue. I sold the business in 2022 and have focused full time on coaching and helping others grow. Along the way I learned the hard way that more hours do not equal more success ,they often mean the opposite. Burnout. Missed moments. A business that owns you instead of serving you.
