Ready to Hire by Perfect Day Living is provided by Perfect Day Living LLC. This policy covers the hiring decision coach and information you choose to send us about it.

Using the coach in ChatGPT

The current plugin provides instructional coaching. It has no external server, automatic email signup tool or payment integration. It does not automatically transmit your conversation to Perfect Day Living or enroll you in our newsletter. OpenAI handles ChatGPT information under its own policies and your account settings. Avoid employee names, applicant records, bank details or other sensitive personal information. Use anonymous examples and estimated totals.

Information you give us directly

If you email us, submit an inquiry or subscribe to our newsletter, we receive the details you provide. These may include your name, email address, business information and message. We use them to respond, provide support, discuss coaching you requested and manage communication preferences.

Our providers

We use Go High Level through Coach Marketing Machine for signup forms and marketing emails. Our main website is hosted on Gamma. These providers process information in delivering their services. OpenAI separately provides ChatGPT. Visiting a third party service or following a link may involve that service’s own privacy practices.

Website measurement

Our Gamma website has Google Tag Manager configured, and its public container includes Google Analytics. These website tools are separate from the instructional plugin. Website measurement tools can process browser, device and usage information through cookies or similar technologies. Browser cookie settings provide additional controls, though blocking cookies may affect website features. No claim is made here that the website currently blocks tracking until consent.

Contact information and marketing

We do not sell our contact list or give it to other businesses for their own marketing. Service provider processing is separate from selling our contact list. Where you subscribe or another lawful permission applies, we send business education, newsletters and coaching offers. Where consent is required, it must be obtained before marketing emails are sent. Using the plugin alone does not subscribe you.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in an email or contact info@perfectdayliving.com. Support responses and essential messages about a purchased service are separate.

Retention and deletion

We keep inquiry information while it is needed to respond or maintain the relevant relationship, then delete it within a reasonable time when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. We may retain limited information needed to honor an unsubscribe request. Deleting information held by Perfect Day Living does not necessarily delete information held by OpenAI or another independent provider.

Your requests

Email info@perfectdayliving.com to request access, correction or deletion of information Perfect Day Living holds, or to withdraw marketing consent. We may need to verify your identity. Your rights and applicable exceptions depend on local law. You may also have rights to object, restrict processing, obtain a copy of your information or complain to your local privacy authority where applicable.
