Ready to Hire by Perfect Day Living is provided by Perfect Day Living LLC. These terms apply to our hiring decision coach. Your use of ChatGPT is also governed by applicable OpenAI terms.

What the coach provides General business education to help service business owners assess hiring readiness, define a role, estimate employment costs and prepare onboarding systems. Recommendations depend on your inputs and assumptions.

Your hiring decisions AI responses can contain errors or omit important details. Verify calculations and recommendations before acting. The coach does not provide legal, tax, accounting or employment compliance advice. Consult qualified professionals about worker classification, wages, benefits, contracts and local employment requirements. You remain responsible for your hiring decisions and compliance. No successful hire, revenue increase or financial outcome is guaranteed.

Free access and optional coaching The hiring guidance is free from Perfect Day Living. ChatGPT fees or access requirements are separate. Paid Perfect Day Living coaching is optional and covered by the agreement, pricing and policies provided before purchase. The current plugin does not process payments.

Appropriate use Use the coach for lawful business planning. Do not submit information you lack permission to share. Use anonymous examples instead of identifiable employee or applicant records. Do not use the coach to facilitate unlawful discrimination.

Your roadmap and our materials You may use the roadmap and recommendations for your own business planning, subject to applicable OpenAI terms. Perfect Day Living retains its rights in its brand and original instructional materials. These terms do not transfer third party rights or guarantee that AI output is unique.

Availability and changes Features and availability may change and depend on ChatGPT. Updates to these terms will show a revised effective date, with additional notice where required. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
